*Test Ride Terms and Conditions:

• No purchase necessary.
• Pre-booking is required. We will be unable to accomodate walk ins for this event.
• Test rides are given subject to status. We reserve the right to refuse any test ride request.
• We can only accept riders of 18 years of age and older.
• You will be required to bring:
  • Driving licence.
  • Driving licence check code (https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).
  • A second proof of address that must match to the address listed on your driving licence and be dated within the past 3 months (digital copies are acceptable).
  • You must also arrive in your own transport - this is so that we can hold the keys whilst you are out on the test ride.
• You will need to bring motorcycle helmet plus appropriate riding gear. Note: we have a variety of motorcycle helmets, jackets, trousers, gloves and boots for sale in our clothing department.
• A license appropriate to the demo model is required and riders are normally required to have the relevant experience. In addition, convictions and insurance claims will be taken into account before a test ride is given.
• PLEASE NOTE:
  • You must arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, this allows us time to sort out paperwork and answer any questions you may have. For example, if your appointment is at 10:00, please arrive at 09:45.
  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse your test ride to prevent it clashing or causing delays with another customers slot.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any test ride due to weather conditions that may make it unsafe for riders.
  • You only get a maximum of 45 minutes on the bike for this event but we do invite you back for a longer test ride. For example, if your appointment is at 10:00, you will need to return the bike by 10:45.
  • Although a sufficient amount of fuel is included in the bike for your demo, we will not cover any expenses whilst you are on the test ride. If required, you are urged to come back to us for a top up/re-fill.
• FREE T-SHIRT: The MT Dark Side of Japan T-shirt is given free of charge to the rider only following a completed test ride. Only one t-shirt per rider is offered regardless of the number of test rides taken. Free t-shirts are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to stock and local factors. Taking a test ride as part of this promotion does not guarantee that a free t-shirt will be provided. Always check with us before the test ride to confirm the availability of the t-shirt and that one will be provided. No cash alternative is offered as an alternative to the T-shirt. It is available from sizes S - XXL. Choice of sizes available during the event will vary, this is subject to availability and you may not receive the size of your choice.

*Win-a-Yamaha Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

• To enter, no purchase or test ride is necessary, and the competition is open to any UK resident aged 18 years old or over. Entrys must be made in person and you can enter the competition by scanning the QR code displayed within the showroom. The QR code is only active from 9am on Friday 21st June 2024 to 5pm on Sunday 23rd June 2024. Only one entry per person.
• The promoter is not responsible for any lost or illegible entries or entries received after the closing date.
• The prize is the option of one (1) new MT-09, TRACER 9 or XSR900 and includes on-the-road preparation charges, delivery to the winner’s nearest local Yamaha dealer, number plates, pre-delivery inspection, government first registration fee and vehicle excise duty. The winner is responsible for collection of the prize within 3 months of the closing date and will be required to provide insurance cover for the prize.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all entries no later than 1st July 2024. The winner will be informed within 72 hours by either phone, email or post.
• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. For the winner’s name, please email marketing@yamaha-motor.co.uk.
• No cash alternative is offered as an alternative to the prize. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or award a different prize up to the same value due to circumstances beyond their control.
